Riverside Junior Woman’s Charity

Project Description

The Riverside Junior Woman’s Charity, established in 1937, has long been a cornerstone of community support in the Village of Riverside. In 2010, the Board of Directors noticed a decline in membership and sought to revitalize the organization's identity to better connect with local women looking to make a meaningful impact.

Tasked with this challenge, I embraced the charity’s deep-rooted compassion for Riverside and its community spirit. Drawing inspiration from the Village’s identity as a 'Village in the Forest', I crafted a distinctive logo that symbolized Riverside’s unique history and character.

Beyond the logo, I spearheaded a comprehensive transformation for Riverside Juniors. This included rebuilding and redesigning the charity’s website, developing new collateral and marketing materials, and creating artwork for various events and celebrations. As a result of these efforts, membership more than doubled, establishing the charity as a prominent force in the Village.
